Cancellation & No-Show policy
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or unforeseen work/family obligations. However, when you do not kindly call to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we cannot treat or consult with another patient during your scheduled time. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel but we cannot book you for a visit that is convenient for you due to our seemingly “full” schedule. If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time, we may have to reschedule your appointment. If you are delayed and cannot arrive on time for your appointment, please call us with your estimated arrival time so we can tell you if we can still treat or see you. If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know at least two business days before your appointment day. If you cancel your appointment within that two business day window, you will be charged a $150 non-refundable fee. If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged a $250 non-refundable fee.
