I always enjoy my visits to West Institute. Dr. Tina West takes the time to go over her procedures and explains what she is doing very clearly. She has a solid understanding of how the face changes with age and uses targeted treatments/techniques to restore balance & volume. I am extremely pleased with the results from my visit. The staff is very friendly and make you feel as if you are their only customer that day. It’s definately worth the wait to get on her calendar to experience a customized treatment plan that is tailored just for you.

Dr. West is AMAZING. Her consults are very thorough and she explains everything in great detail. She never pushes her clients into buying products or into any procedures. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and warm. I actually ended up saving money on skin care because she went through every product I own/use and explains how to use each product. She offers alternatives that are often better quality (medical grade), but at much better price points. I always feel seen and understood in my approach to wellness and skincare. She actively listens and takes time to understand any skincare concerns I have and offers excellent options to address them. In short, I adore her (and her staff) and trust her implicitly. There is no one else I would let touch my face!

I was very interested in the SofWave device, as it is highly rated and suitable for all skin types. No downtime is an added bonus. The staff and the office are very friendly and welcoming. Dr West and Tracy, her medical assistant, were fantastic and chatted with me throughout the procedure… I can already see a difference and am very happy with the results so far. I have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Tina West at The West Institute! After years of trying to find a doctor who would know how to help reduce and treat my facial scar I was thankfully referred to her by a friend. Dr. West is truly a specialist in what she does and really cares about her patients. She is honest and explains everything so well. Her entire staff is super helpful and kind. She is also amazing at Botox and all other skincare, I know I am in good hands!

I recently had a facial done by Chelsea and I am ecstatic with my results! The treatment was so calming and felt amazing. I was glowing immediately afterwards. She recommended a few products with a specific daily skincare regime for me and my skin has never looked or felt better! I can’t believe how many compliments I’ve already gotten on my skin.
